For me it’s all about the customer i.e. clinicians, payers, patients and regulators. Firstly, building a thorough understanding of what the customer wants throughout the development process so the end product is a valued and differentiated brand. In other words, the development strategy must maintain a clear line of sight to the customer. Secondly, it is about generating and communicating the right information to the customer to ensure a brand can be used safely and effectively in the right patients throughout its lifecycle.
